Liberty Orchards

Liberty Orchards has made Aplets & Cotlets, its signature fruit-and-nut confections of apples, apricots and walnuts, in Cashmere since 1920. At the Retail Store and Tour Center in downtown Cashmere, visitors can tour the factory to see the candies made, from hand-sorted nuts to hand-packed boxes, and sample candy fresh from the line. The shop also stocks Turkish Delight, Orchard Bars, dried fruit and nuts, honey and other Pacific Northwest gifts.
