Anjou Bakery

Anjou Bakery is a family-owned small-production bakery, espresso bar and cafe in a turn-of-the-century fruit warehouse among the pear orchards of Cashmere. It bakes hearth-baked breads, laminated-dough pastries, fruit pies and sweet treats with premium organic flours, and makes grab-and-go sandwiches on house-made Parisienne-style baguettes. The espresso bar uses Caffe Vita beans, with house-made almond, oat or coconut milks and house-made syrups.
