Cured by Visconti

Cured by Visconti is an artisan salumeria and deli in Leavenworth, part of the Visconti's restaurant group. It focuses on house-made cured meats, producing more than 30 varieties of dry-cured salami, sausage and jerky.

The meats are made in an on-site USDA facility. The deli also carries cheeses and pickled goods, which makes it a handy stop for picnic supplies or edible gifts to take home from the Bavarian village.
