Genesis Kitchen

Genesis Kitchen is a Salvadoran food truck in Wenatchee that brings the flavors of El Salvador together with American favorites. Dishes are made from scratch with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.

Pupusas are the heart of the menu, with fillings such as cheese, beans, pork, chicken, chorizo, birria and zucchini. The menu also includes burritos, breakfast plates, burgers, tacos, birria quesadillas, omelets and fries. For drinks, expect horchata, Jarritos and a long list of house specialty beverages.
