The Cider Press at Manson Growers is an apple cider-pressing facility and cafe next to the Manson Growers apple storage warehouses. Visitors choose their own mix of apples and press them into fresh, natural cider to drink on site or take home.
Pressing is done by reservation. A session yields up to ten half-gallons of cider, and staff guide guests through each step from picking apples to the final press. The activity works well for families, friends and individuals alike.
The cafe serves coffee drinks, grilled paninis, smoothies and ice cream, and sells fresh apples and locally made apple-inspired gifts. There is indoor and outdoor seating, which some visitors also use for remote work. The Cider Press room can also be rented for events of up to 200 guests.
