Manson Distilling

Manson Distilling is a craft distillery in Manson, established in 2020. It makes spirits from fruit grown in the Chelan Valley, with apples at the center of the plan, and says part of its mission is to create jobs, bring tourism and open new markets for local growers.

Fruit is purchased locally, cleaned and juiced, then fermented and distilled. The distillers separate the spirit into cuts, and selected cuts age in oak barrels to become brandy. Vodka and whiskey are also part of the lineup.

The distillery hosts events and runs a Barrel Club membership. Hours are listed on the website for the tasting space, and spirits can be ordered through the contact page.
