About

About
McGlinn's Public House is a restaurant in historic downtown Wenatchee, in the Garland Building, which was built in 1922 as the Orondo Recreation Club. In the 1930s and 1940s the upper floors housed players from the Wenatchee Chiefs professional baseball team, and the building became known as sports headquarters for the region.
The kitchen turns out wood-fired pizzas, 7 ounce hand-pressed burgers, salads, pastas, seasonal mains and the house beer bread, with an emphasis on local ingredients and Northwest beer. It serves lunch and dinner daily, plus breakfast on weekends, and online ordering is available for curbside pickup.
The restaurant describes itself as a Wenatchee gathering place, with a relaxed, back porch feel. A parklet hosts live music several evenings a week.
