Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts

Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts is a small-batch nut roastery and cafe in Cashmere. The nuts are fresh roasted and made by hand, with bold flavors that are not overpowering.

The shop offers 18 flavors of nut snacks, including cinnamon vanilla almonds, jalapeno lime almonds, maple chipotle pecans, curry coconut cashews and a sugar-free BBQ mix. Cashmere and Leavenworth mixes are also on the shelf. It also sells nine hand-made jams made in Cashmere, along with apple butter, dried fruit, nut tins and custom gift baskets.

A cafe operates alongside the shop with online ordering, and the roastery also runs under the Watkins Farm Foods name. It is a good stop for local gifts and snacks to take home.
